3. Account Registration and Security

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

Publishers who distribute content through our platform:
- Retain all ownership rights to their content
- Grant us the right to distribute their content to end users
- Are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights and permissions
- Agree to our content quality and safety standards
6. Purchases and Payments
6.1 Pricing
- All prices are displayed in the currency specified for your region
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any itinerary pack
6.2 Payment
- Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information
- You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Service
6.3 Refunds

- Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of technical issues or errors

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navbase, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
